Application of Tui-Na In Veterinary Medicine

This book introduces Tui-na, Chinese therapeutic manual manipulation, and shows veterinarians how to apply these techniques to their animal patients. Tui-na, also known as An-mo, is used to treat and prevent disease and utilises various manual techniques applied to acupuncture points and meridians, as well as movements to stretch the limbs. Tui-na can regulate meridians, soothe joints and tendons, promote the circulation of qi and blood, balance the zang-fu organs and strengthen the body’s resistance.
